a mixed experience
blocked drain out of service minibar
the location was good (easy access to public transport).
The bathtub drain was blocked, so showering was annoying. the minibar was also out of service. I arrived late and could not get any drinks at the hotel bar either. i thought it was bad value for the price.

Excellent City Center Stay

The room included a large wardrobe and a kettle with tea and coffee, which I appreciated. Bottled water was also provided in the room. The bathroom amenities impressed me. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and body lotion all smelled very nice. I found a supermarket just across the street from the hotel, a great convenience.
I found the noise levels around the hotel somewhat disruptive. A room facing the front exposed me to tram noise.

My room offered a large wardrobe, providing ample storage. A kettle with tea and coffee made relaxing possible. Bottled water was supplied daily, this ensured I remained hydrated .

There was a Biedronka supermarket conveniently located across the street from the hotel. This made getting essentials very easy. The hotel provided convenient access to city center restaurants, and I could quickly walk to several dining options.

Breakfast featured a selection of healthy options. The coffee was AMAZING!!! I was able to select fresh fruit, yogurt, and whole-grain breads during breakfast. This helped me maintain my dietary preferences.

dark room dimly lit hallways
the location was good, not too far from the city center.
It started early in the morning. also, i found the hallways to be dimly lit, almost dark. it was a bit unsettling walking to my room at night. I need more light.

I found the location convenient with several interesting spots nearby! breakfast offered good quality options. The staff were very helpful. restaurants in the surrounding area provided various dining choices. the hotel was clean and modern, situated near the train station.

helpful receptionist good coffee city center faulty shower automatic lights noticeable noise
the breakfast had healthy options and good coffee i especially liked the receptionist she was very considerate and helpful the hotel manager gave a thoughtful welcome gift it was a kind gesture. the location in the city center worked well for exploring i appreciated the convenience this provided . the room was spacious and clean i found it to be well-kept and comfortable.
the shower did not work properly that was a problem. the automatic lights did not always come on , made it difficult to navigate the stairs safely. the noise around the hotel was quite noticeable it impacted my sleep.
